Resident parking can be terminated to expire at the end of the current payment period.

Note! For the time being, the system only allows you to terminate your contract at the end of the next full payment period or later. If you wish to terminate your contract at the end of the current payment period, please send us an email and we will record the termination for you.

Cancellation can be done by logging into your customer portal and going to the Requests tab.

Click on the order line in the Reservations box to open the details of the contract.

Scroll down a little until you find the Contract booking box and see your order line.

On the right-hand side of the order line, under Actions, you will find a calendar picture with a tick.

Pressing this button will bring up the next possible end date for your contract period.

By pressing Cancel contract, you can send your notice of termination.
