Yes you can. We have charging facilities for hybrid/electric car users in all our halls.

Charging is done via the eParking app and prices are €0.20/kWh for slow charging points (3.6 kW)

and €0.30/kWh for medium-speed (22 kW) charging points.

In all our halls, the import of a trailer or any kind of trailer is prohibited.

Our technology does not support a two-piece vehicle.

Log in to your customer account via our online portal and select the Contracts tab.

On this tab, you can see both your contract and your access details on the same line.

At the right end of the row, you will find the Actions box and inside this, the box with the pen image button.

This button allows you to add or change your registry information.

Weekly parking has been removed from our range of services for the time being.

In Halle you can get a receipt only from separate cash desks.

If you need a receipt afterwards, please contact our customer service.

Log in to your customer account via our online portal and select the Identification tools tab.

You can see your tags in use on separate lines on this tab.

At the end of the RFID card row you will find a picture of the ticket and by pressing this button you can report your card as lost.

Please note that if you report your card lost, you will be charged €25 for the lost card immediately.

Similarly, all your tags will be locked as soon as the notification is made. We recommend that you report during our customer service opening hours.

The payment card you have added to your account is about to expire.

When you receive a new card from your bank, please update your card details to replace the expired one on our customer portal.

Log in to your customer account via our online portal and select the Account tab.

On this tab you will find the 'Update payment method' button, which will allow you to enter the details of the payment card you wish to use.

The system has tried and failed to charge you the monthly fee for your contract. The system will then block the card until the charge is successful.

Please check that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the charge or that your card has not expired. The system tries to charge twice a day.
