The period of notice for the termination of a parking contract is until the end of the full payment period following the current payment period (payment period = contract period, which is determined by the first billing date of the contract).

Cancellation can be done by logging into your customer portal and going to the Requests tab.

Click on the order line in the Reservations box to open the details of the contract.

Scroll down a little until you find the Contract booking box and see your order line.

On the right-hand side of the order line, under Actions, you will find a calendar picture with a tick.

Pressing this button will bring up the next possible end date for your contract period.

By pressing Cancel contract, you can send your notice of termination.
